We provide all of our clients with support at no fixed fee and we only take payment for time spent.
Vision Management has developed an ISO-certified support system whereby we receive tasks from our clients by email or telephone. The client will then be contacted by the right solution architect and will receive an estimate of the cost of the task. Once the estimate has been approved, the consultant will solve the task, either on site or remotely.
